INdigital Appoints Scott Cason as Director of Government and Industry Relations

Fort Wayne, IN – September 29, 2025 — INdigital, a Novacap portfolio company and leader in Next Generation 9-1-1 services, announced today that Scott Cason has joined the company as Director of Government and Industry Relations. In this role, Cason will build and strengthen high-trust relationships with state 9-1-1 directors, regulators, and public safety stakeholders; represent INdigital at key industry forums; and provide timely insights that shape INdigital’s service improvements and NG911 impacts across America.

Cason brings extensive statewide program experience. Most recently, as the Executive Director of the Missouri 911 Service Board, he led initiatives to complete NG9-1-1 coverage for the remaining counties in Missouri and established GIS grant funding to modernize location and data services. He previously served as the Board’s NG911 Implementation Manager, as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at BusComm, and as Executive Director of Crawford County E-911, where he led staffing, operations, and Next Generation 9-1-1 transitions.

“Scott’s track record of delivering statewide outcomes and the trust he’s earned with 9-1-1 leaders make him an ideal partner to help states navigate funding, policy, and operational change,” said Lynne Houserman, Chief Executive Officer of INdigital. “He understands how to connect policy goals with day-to-day ECC realities, and he’ll help us translate that field insight into services that strengthen resiliency and readiness.”

“INdigital has a long history of serving the public safety community with reliable, next-generation networks and solutions,” said Scott Cason. “I’m excited to help state and regional leaders move from plans to outcomes, expanding the partnerships, data, and continuity that 9-1-1 centers rely on every day.”

As Director of Government and Industry Relations, Cason will collaborate across workgroups at INdigital, aligning field feedback with product and service improvements, thought leadership opportunities, and customer success initiatives. He will also engage with advisory committees and standards efforts, helping ensure INdigital remains responsive to evolving needs across the public safety ecosystem.
