Wright-Howell Group Chooses INdigital as NGCS Provider


The Wright-Howell Group in Missouri has partnered with INdigital to implement Next Generation Core Services (NGCS). This collaboration will enhance the emergency communication infrastructure across the Wright-Howell Group’s service areas, providing faster, more reliable 911 services to their communities.

The agreement, finalized this month, marks a significant advancement in the Wright-Howell Group’s efforts to improve emergency response capabilities. The NGCS solution from INdigital will introduce cutting-edge technology to their 911 systems, ensuring quick and efficient call processing and better integration with modern communication tools.

The implementation of the NGCS solution will begin immediately. This upgrade will be rolled out across all counties the Wright-Howell Group serves, benefiting a large and diverse population.
